Gargoyle – Endangered Species

As I was looking at this old tarnished bronze wall decoration in Granada, Spain, I believe I saw it look fearfully at the ivy growing towards him. He foresaw being covered and disappearing as did his companion bronze decoration. This two plate etching is one of four images I created while living in Granada. Travel does expand my mind and fuel my creativity.
